What Core Docket does
From the booking to the invoice: the docket your crew fill in, the rate card that prices it, and everything around it. Every feature is included in one plan, with no tiers and no add-ons.
Free for a month, no credit card. Every feature included: no tiers, no add-ons, free updates.
Rate card and pricing
The Core Docket rate card for trade businesses: work priced the way it is measured, by the hour, item, metre, hole or load, with minimums, callout fees, after-hours loadings and customer price groups.
Digital dockets
Digital job dockets for trade crews: your own docket rebuilt, with photos, signatures, safety stop questions and the customer's copy emailed on your letterhead.
Scheduling
The Core Docket schedule board: a week laid out by person, an unscheduled list, drag to reassign, clashes and leave shown, and jobs on a map.
Crew phone app
The crew's side of Core Docket: their day, their jobs, dockets, and timesheet and safety screens on the phone, in the phone's browser and on the home screen.
Accounting integration
How Core Docket turns a finished docket into a draft invoice and sends it to your accounting suite with your account and GST codes, after the office has checked it.
Hire and assets
Equipment hire and asset management in Core Docket: equipment left at a customer's site and charged when it comes back, plus the asset register, pre-starts, faults, meters and services.
Invoicing
How Core Docket turns a signed concrete cutting docket into a priced draft invoice and sends it to your accounting suite.
Digital docket book
Core Docket as a digital docket book for trades: your existing docket rebuilt for the phone, signed on site and in the office the same minute.
Job sheets
Digital job sheets for any trade business with a crew in the field: signed on site, priced as the crew fill them in, and turned into the invoice.
SWMS and pre-starts
SWMS, Take 5, toolbox talks and equipment pre-starts signed on the crew's phones, included in Core Docket at no extra cost.
