About Core Docket
Core Docket is job and docket software made in Australia by Core Docket Pty Ltd, for trade businesses whose crew go out and do the work while the office invoices the customer. It started with concrete cutting and core drilling, and it prices every docket the way the work is measured: per metre, per hole, per hour or per item.

Why we built it
Core Docket started with concrete cutting, where a job is priced by diameter, depth, metres and holes, with minimum charges, set-up fees and after-hours loadings on top. That is some of the hardest pricing in trade work, and none of it fits in a quantity box.
So the price ended up worked out by hand in the office, from a docket book filled in on site, one docket at a time. Core Docket puts your own rate card on the crew's phone, so the price is worked out on site from what was measured, and the office gets a docket it can check and invoice within minutes.

A 10 metre cut at 300 mm deep is a different job from a 10 metre cut at 50 mm. We wanted software that priced them that way, so we built it.

Send us your rate card as a PDF, spreadsheet or photos. We turn it into your price list in Core Docket, and a person here checks every price before it goes in.
We rebuild your docket
Your crew keep the docket they know: the same questions, safety checks and terms, on their phone. You can change it yourself whenever you need to.
We set up your letterhead
Your logo and letterhead go on the docket the customer receives, and your logo shows in the office app and on the crew's phone.
We help run the first job
We help you run the first job, from booking it to the invoice in your accounting suite, so you see your own work go through before the whole crew starts.
